What data we process

Contact details, account data, usage analytics, support communication, and technical metadata (such as IP and device information).

Purpose of processing

To manage pilots and subscriptions, secure the service, provide support, and improve product quality.

Retention periods

We keep data no longer than necessary. Pilot and sales data are generally retained for up to 24 months, unless longer retention is required by law.

Sub-processors

Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI en Resend.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing via hello@declarix.nl.
